WHAT YOU’LL OWN (AND BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR):
1. Scrutinize Every System Change — No Exceptions.

Review daily system changes for relevance, priority, and compliance.

Ensure all changes meet policy and procedural standards.

✔ All changes deployed within planned timelines.
2. Identify Risks Before They Explode.

Flag potential or known issues tied to any system change.

Prevent unauthorized or disruptive deployments.
Outcome:
✔ Major systems run smooth.
✔ Zero unplanned interruptions.
3. Track All Outstanding System Changes.

Monitor pending changes and their statuses.

Make sure every change follows SDLC and closes cleanly.
Outcome:
✔ Change requests never go stale.
✔ Implementations complete with full compliance.
4. Drive Continuous Improvement in Change Management.

Track and analyze change trends.

Administer ITSM tools, gather feedback, and refine processes.
Outcome:
✔ Faster, cleaner, more reliable change workflows.
5. Improve Usage of Change Management Tools.

Validate KPIs, assess maturity, and guide adoption.
Outcome:
✔ Stronger tool adoption.
✔ Better decision-making, measurable improvement.
6. Recommend Approval or Rejection of Changes.

Escalate to Unit Head when needed.

Ensure uptime, SLA adherence, and minimal disruption.

✔ Minimal downtime.
WHO WE WANT:
Qualifications:

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business IT, or related fields.

Certifications like ITIL, COBIT, Six Sigma, CISA are strong pluses.
Experience:

2–3 years in IT change management, service management, or related governance roles.

Experience in regulated or enterprise-scale environments (MNCs, financial sector) is ideal.
