What You’ll Do (And Own):

Install, configure, and maintain z/OS systems and 200+ ISV products.

Manage DASD storage, CA7 scheduling, and mainframe network configurations.

Perform debugging, performance analysis, and capacity management.

Lead LPAR and MIPS management — including performance optimization and remote administration.

Handle mainframe backups and tape restores with precision.

Support data center migrations, LPAR installations, and disaster recovery processes.

Collaborate with vendor partners to ensure SLA compliance and operational excellence.

Improve reporting, monitoring, and automation policies across environments.
You’ll Fit If You…

Have 6–8 years of solid experience in System Z / z/OS administration.

Know mainframe network, DHCP, DNS, and load balancing cold.

Thrive in complex, high-availability environments.

Can troubleshoot anything — from LPAR issues to DC migrations — under pressure.
