What You’ll Do (And Own):

• Be the front line of our brand — supporting clients via live chat, phone, and email.

• Handle queries about products, platforms, and promotions with clarity and confidence.

• Resolve issues and complaints professionally and fast.

• Keep customer data accurate and up to date.

• Support documentation, admin tasks, and translation for client notices.

Who You Are:

• Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken) — must, since you’ll work closely with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.

• Have 1–2 years in customer service — ideally in finance or forex (fresh grads welcome too).

• Excellent communicator — patient, analytical, and solution-oriented.

• Ready to work rotating shifts (including weekends if needed).

• Hungry to learn, grow, and be part of an international team.
