If you’re experienced with microservices, Kubernetes, RMQ, and MySQL, and you thrive on solving complex technical problems while collaborating with cross-functional teams, this is your stage to lead.

🔍 What You’ll Do

• Develop, own, and continuously improve the technical capability blueprint for the organization.

• Analyze and understand current technical environments and systems to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Lead solution ideation, design, and implementation activities — from concept to deployment.

• Define the vision, requirements, and roadmap for solutions aligned with business objectives.

• Review and validate solution designs, prototypes, and traceability matrices to ensure quality.

• Resolve technical challenges faced by business, product, and project teams.

• Share best practices and technical guidance across teams.

• Participate and lead discussions with customers and stakeholders when required.

🧠 What You Bring

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
✔ 5+ years of proven experience in solution architecture and design
✔ Strong technical expertise in:

• RMQ (RabbitMQ)

• MySQL

• Kubernetes (K8s)

• Microservices Architecture
  ✔ Experience working in Scrum / Agile environments
  ✔ Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
  ✔ Deep understanding of System Analysis and Design
  ✔ Ability to identify and escalate project-level risks proactively
  ✔ Professionalism, accountability, and disciplined execution

Bonus: Experience in AFC (Automated Fare Collection Systems) is a plus.
