🔍 What You’ll Do

Identify and define product requirements, business capabilities, and business rules.

Act as a Logical Solution Owner, partnering with Solution Architects to design complete functional & technical solutions.

Serve as an expert user in relevant applications with a strong grasp of related business processes.

Support requirement documentation, backlog refinement, and functional validation.

Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams using Jira and Scrum frameworks to ensure timely, quality delivery.

Drive alignment between business needs, system logic, and implementation.
🧠 What You Bring
✔ Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent field.
✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, and solution design, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
✔ Proficiency in Jira and strong understanding of Scrum/Agile methodologies.
✔ Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
✔ Experience in AFC (Automated Fare Collection Systems) is a plus.
