We’re looking for a Senior Golang Developer (7–10 years experience) to help build the backend foundation for a large-scale, next-generation superapp platform.
You’ll design and deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance backend services that power real-world products and integrations across multiple business domains.

🔍 What You’ll Do

Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable backend systems in Golang.

Develop RESTful and GraphQL APIs to support mobile, web, and partner integrations.

Architect and implement microservices and event-driven systems for scale and performance.

Ensure application responsiveness, uptime, and SLA compliance.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.

Lead code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and drive continuous improvement.

Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance.

Collaborate with frontend, mobile, DevOps, and product teams to deliver full end-to-end features.
🧠 What You Bring
✔ 7–10 years of backend development experience (with at least 3+ years in Golang)
✔ Proven experience designing and leading scalable backend architectures
✔ Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, gRPC, and microservices
✔ Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, and other distributed systems
✔ Proficient with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar databases
✔ Skilled in Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration
✔ Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, observability, and modern DevOps tools
✔ Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills
✔ Strong analytical mindset and passion for clean, reliable, efficient code
🎓 Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
