🔍 What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and maintain efficient backend systems using Golang.

• Develop RESTful and GraphQL APIs for mobile, web, and partner integrations.

• Implement microservices and event-driven architectures for scalability and performance.

• Ensure high availability, responsiveness, and SLAs across all systems.

• Collaborate with frontend, mobile, DevOps, and product teams in an agile setup.

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code with clear documentation.

• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and architecture discussions.

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize system performance.

🧠 What You Bring

✔ 4–7 years of backend development experience (with at least 2 years in Golang)
✔ Proven experience building microservices and distributed systems
✔ Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, gRPC, and event-driven architecture
✔ Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Redis
✔ Familiar with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar databases
✔ Hands-on with Docker and Kubernetes
✔ Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, observability, and DevOps practices
✔ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

🎯 Senior candidates (7–10 yrs) will take ownership of system design, mentor engineers, and influence backend technology decisions.
