2x Data Sourcing & Transformation Specialists (Dataiku/Alteryx)

1x Tableau Data Visualization Specialist
🧩 Key Responsibilities:
-
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data infrastructure & reporting requirements.
-
Source, cleanse, and transform data from multiple systems using Dataiku or Alteryx.
-
Build automated solutions for DORA template generation and refresh cycles.
-
Develop insightful and interactive dashboards using Tableau.
-
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and regulatory compliance in reporting.
-
Validate performance and optimize dashboards for efficiency.
-
Prepare documentation and support end-user training.
✅ Must-Have Skills & Experience:
For Data Sourcing & Transformation Roles (3–5 Years):
-
Hands-on experience with Dataiku or Alteryx (must-have)
-
Strong in SQL / PostgreSQL / MySQL
-
Familiarity with ETL tools like Informatica or Tableau Prep
-
Knowledge of Python and data science libraries is a plus
For Tableau Visualization Role (3–5 Years):
-
Deep expertise in Tableau dashboard design and performance optimization
-
Strong understanding of data visualization best practices
-
Ability to create impactful dashboards & storytelling prototypes
-
SQL experience is a strong advantage
🎓 Qualification:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
🧠 Bonus Skills:

Experience with DORA reporting or regulatory data automation

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Project management experience from requirements to production
