• Partner with BI developers and analysts to power dashboards and insights.

• Troubleshoot staging, transformation, and loading issues to keep systems reliable.

What We’re Looking For (Your Edge)

✔ Expert in SQL, ETL processes, and data modeling
✔ Strong background in enterprise data warehouse architecture & tools (DataStage, SSIS, Azure Data Factory)
✔ Proven skills in pipeline design & performance tuning
✔ Familiar with BI tools (Power BI, MicroStrategy) from the backend perspective
✔ Strong in data validation, troubleshooting & documentation

💡 Must-Have Expertise in:

• IBM IIDR (CDC)

• IBM DataStage

• IBM Netezza/NPS

• IBM CP4D
