Drive communication through multiple channels (newsletters, Yammer, roadshows, town halls).

Craft compelling change narratives that make people want to move forward.

Track adoption, measure resistance, and report KPIs that prove success.

Develop and manage a Change Management Dashboard for visibility and accountability.

Support DTX and EPF Champions activities to sustain momentum.
What We’re Looking For (Your Edge)
✔ Hands-on experience with change frameworks (ADKAR, Kotter, or equivalent)
✔ Ability to create change canvas for initiatives
✔ Skilled in impact & stakeholder assessments, readiness surveys, and management plans
✔ Strong communications copywriting ability
✔ Proven track record in producing clear, professional change management documentation
