Are you an experienced Infra-savvy Project Manager with a grip on hardware, OS, virtualization—and the communication skills to match? We’re hiring a Project Manager who can drive end-to-end IT infrastructure projects, manage stakeholders, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with minimal hand-holding.
🚀 Your Role:

Own end-to-end software & infrastructure projects: servers, storage, OS (Solaris, Linux, Windows), virtualization (VMware)

Manage multiple concurrent projects with full lifecycle oversight

Handle customer-facing communications, expectations, and escalations with grace
-
Deliver accurate forecasts, manage P&L, and uphold delivery excellence
-
Build and lead cross-functional teams (10+ resources) including vendors
-
Identify and grow new opportunities in current accounts
-
Navigate stakeholder relationships and change management challenges
-
Use structured methodologies (PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent)
-
Proactively manage risk, quality, and project health
🎯 Must-Haves:
-
8–10+ years of project management experience in infrastructure or enterprise tech
-
Strong grasp of HW Infra, OS, and Virtualization
-
Excellent verbal and written English; Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus
-
Able to handle multiple projects and juggle conflicting priorities
-
PM certifications (PMP/PRINCE2/Agile) are a major plus
-
Ability to deliver on high-stakes timelines and work with regional/global stakeholders
-
Only Malaysian Chinese candidates will be considered above RM12K
