🧾 Key Responsibilities

• Lead Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives

• Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile/Scrum best practices

• Track sprint velocity and ensure timely delivery of milestones

• Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain backlog health

• Remove blockers and coordinate across teams to ensure flow

• Manage hybrid Agile-Waterfall projects if required

• Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement

✅ Qualifications

Required:

• 1–3 years of hands-on Scrum Master experience

• Strong command of Agile frameworks: Scrum, Kanban

• Experience using JIRA, Confluence or similar tools

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• Ability to handle multiple projects in dynamic environments

Preferred:

• Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM)

• Knowledge of SAFe or other scaled Agile frameworks

• Background in IT or software development
