🔍 What You’ll Be Doing

Implement and configure SAP PM to support planned maintenance, breakdown handling, and asset lifecycle management

Contribute to process design, system customization, testing, UAT, training, and post go-live support

Use judgment and creativity to address moderately complex problems; escalate only the highly complex ones

Work closely with Configuration Leads, end users, and cross-functional teams to deliver tailored SAP PM solutions

Manage small teams or key workstreams within client engagements

Support continuous improvement and knowledge-sharing across plant operations and technical teams
🛠 What You Bring

7–12 years of experience with SAP PM configuration, implementation, and support

Strong knowledge of asset maintenance cycles, work orders, notifications, scheduling, and history tracking

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, Engineering, or a related field
-
Experience collaborating in team-oriented and client-facing environments

Strong analytical thinking, clear communication, and leadership skills

A proactive mindset and ability to think beyond the system—you see how tech enables real-world operations
