πŸ” What You’ll Do

  • Manage and grow accounts across fleet, truck, and heavy equipment segments

  • Build trust with depot managers, technical teams, procurement & senior management

  • Develop strategic sales plans and respond to tenders with winning proposals

  • Monitor sales performance by region, segment, and customer

  • Reconnect with lapsed clients and expand market share through account penetration

  • Collaborate with dealer managers and internal departments for full-circle support

  • Use CRM systems to manage pipeline, track performance, and ensure data accuracy

  • Resolve customer issues quickly to drive satisfaction and loyalty

  • Contribute to upselling of soft products like financing, service contracts, and connectivity


πŸ›  What You Bring

  • 3–6 years of sales experience in trucks, fleet solutions, or heavy machinery
    (Note: Car sales experience is not considered transferable for this role)

  • Diploma or higher in Business Management or a related field

  • Proven success in account management, business development, and B2B relationships

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills

  • Proficiency with CRM tools, tendering processes, and sales reporting

  • Public relations confidence and a hunter mentality
