🔍 What You’ll Be Doing

Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet clients, from procurement to senior management

Develop account strategies, respond to tenders, and drive market penetration

Manage fleet sales performance across regions and segments; report on profitability and trends

Maintain client data in CRM and use it to drive follow-ups, renewals, and cross-sells

Re-engage past customers and nurture long-term trust with ongoing support

Monitor competitor activity and craft agile counter-strategies

Champion customer satisfaction by resolving issues with speed and professionalism

Contribute to mobility solution sales: financing, maintenance, and connectivity add-ons
🛠 What You Bring

3–6 years experience in truck, fleet, or heavy equipment sales
🚫 Note: Car sales experience does not apply for this role -
Diploma in Business Management or a related field

Strong negotiation, CRM fluency, and reporting experience

A proven record of managing premium products and B2B relationships

Comfortable working onsite, client-facing, and cross-functionally

Excellent communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills
-
A growth-focused, team-oriented mindset
