Lead the support, maintenance, and evolution of AMLA banking systems

Drive solutioning and project delivery with end-to-end accountability

Collaborate with business stakeholders to align IT with compliance strategies

Troubleshoot complex system issues and prevent future disruptions

Ensure secure, modern tech stacks are in place for mission-critical systems

Follow Group Project Life Cycle and System Development Life Cycle best practices

Partner across teams to continuously improve performance, governance, and security
🧠 What You Bring

12+ years in application development and SDLC, with 10+ years in AML domain

Strong experience in banking systems, particularly compliance and AML
-
Expertise in:

Web technologies & IT security
-
Infrastructure, software dev, and access management

IT systems architecture (Web, DB Servers, Tools, etc.)

Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects in a regulated environment

Advanced understanding of AML/CFT frameworks

Strong in stakeholder engagement, project management, and technical leadership
