🎓 Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or similar
💼 4–10 years of ServiceNow experience (backend/platform/consulting)
🎯 ServiceNow certifications (IRM/GRC, ITSM, CAD preferred)
🔧 Strong knowledge of ITIL, workflows, scripting, and integrations
