We’re looking for a Workday Data Conversion Analyst (HCM) to support our enterprise Workday rollout—ensuring high data accuracy, effective load execution, and smooth transitions across HR, Payroll, and Benefits systems.

📌 Key Responsibilities

Execute data loads into Workday using EIBs and iLoads
-
Perform pre-load validations (structure, format, fields) for compliance with Workday standards
-
Conduct post-load reconciliation using Workday reports and legacy data references
-
Support testing cycles: unit test, parallel run, UAT, go-live
-
Review mapping documents and clarify field-level logic with functional consultants
-
Collaborate with client data teams to ensure clean, transformation-ready data
-
Track data load issues and coordinate resolutions with stakeholders and leads
-
Document logs, validation results, and reconciliation reports
-
Contribute to improving data conversion playbooks and processes
✅ What You Bring
Required:
-
1+ years in data migration, loading, or analysis
-
Experience using Workday tools (EIBs, iLoads) preferred
-
Strong skills in Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, formulas)
-
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of data quality assurance
-
Ability to read mapping docs and apply validation rules
-
Effective communication and stakeholder collaboration
-
Experience in tight delivery environments or go-live cycles
Nice to Have:

Understanding of Workday Core HCM, Payroll, or Benefits modules

Familiarity with ETL logic or data transformation frameworks

Exposure to enterprise Workday implementations or cutover cycles
