📌 Key Responsibilities

Lead the configuration, implementation, and optimization of Workday Absence & Time Tracking

Translate business requirements into functional configurations and security models

Configure time-off plans, accruals, eligibility rules, and reporting for Absence
-
Set up work schedules, time entry validations, and time calculations for Time Tracking
-
Manage Workday business processes, security roles, dashboards, and custom reports
-
Validate integrations with HRIS and payroll systems by working with data & integration teams
-
Conduct end-to-end testing (test scripts, execution, issue resolution)
-
Deliver end-user training and maintain comprehensive documentation
-
Monitor new Workday features and recommend enhancements for efficiency

Act as SME and functional leader, working with PMO and cross-team stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Absence & Time Tracking modules

Proficiency in Workday Core HCM, business process configuration, and reporting
-
Familiarity with security roles, eligibility rules, and functional test planning
-
Strong knowledge of Workday business processes and configuration best practices
-
Excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
-
Ability to work with cross-functional teams on large-scale implementations
Nice to Have:

Experience in insurance or financial services environments

Exposure to Workday integrations and data validation workflows

Familiarity with Workday compensation or benefits modules (for broader impact)
