🧠 Are You a Microsoft, VMware & Nutanix Guru?

We're looking for a highly skilled and certified Windows Administrator – L3 to support enterprise infrastructure for a global client. You'll be the technical go-to for all things Windows Server, VMware, Nutanix, Backup, and HA architecture, working in high-availability, enterprise-grade environments.

This is a customer-facing role, ideal for someone who thrives in pressure situations, has solid incident management expertise, and deep L3 system administration skills.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

🖥️ Windows & VMware Admin Duties:
• Provide day-to-day support for Microsoft OS: NT, 2000, 2003, 2008, 2012, 2016
• Manage WSUS, SCCM, SMS, and patch deployments
• Configure VMware DRS, HA, VUM and System Fault Tolerance

🧩 Nutanix Administration:
• Install, configure, and monitor Nutanix clusters using Prism Central
• Perform ESXi patching in Nutanix VMware clusters
• Execute Backup integration, DR planning, and health monitoring

⚙️ Advanced L3 Responsibilities:
• Lead disaster recovery and business continuity planning
• Analyze and resolve critical incidents, manage escalations
• Work closely with storage, VDI, and Citrix teams

🛠️ Hardware & Networking:
• Support HP, Dell, IBM rack servers, and Cisco UCS
• Proficient in TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLAN, Port Groups
• Troubleshoot HSM, Bladelogic, and Storage Replication tools

✅ Requirements:

✔️ 12–15 years total IT experience in Windows, VMware & backup
✔️ 8–10 years as L3 Windows Administrator
✔️ In-depth Microsoft server knowledge + Hyper-V, VMware 4.0 to 6.x
✔️ Experience with MSCS, NLB, SCOM, SCCM, WSUS, Powershell, HP SIM
✔️ Strong in backup software, ESXi troubleshooting, and VUM patching
✔️ Experience with Nutanix AOS, CVM, Foundation, IPMI, DR configs
✔️ Experience in banking environments is a plus
✔️ Proficient in documenting SOPs, technical knowledge bases

🎓 Certifications (Highly Preferred):

🎓 VCP / VCAP / MCSE / MCSA
☁️ Azure or AWS Solution Architect (advantageous)
🧠 Nutanix NPP 5.5
📘 ITIL Certification
🔥 NSX Certification (bonus!)
