This is your opportunity to lead blueprint workshops, configure solutions, drive data migration, and train end-users — all while working alongside seasoned SAP experts.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
🧩 Project Lifecycle Ownership:
• Lead Blueprint workshops, gather requirements, and define “To-Be” processes
• Design and configure SAP FICO solutions, document all functional specs and configurations
• Conduct unit testing, UAT, data conversion trials, and go-live cutovers
🧠 Functional Design & Documentation:
• Prepare comprehensive Blueprint documents, meeting notes, test scripts, and training materials
• Create and validate RICEFW functional specifications
• Define and manage conversion strategy and templates
🧪 Testing & Go-Live Support:
• Conduct scenario-based testing and support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Train key and end users, provide go-live and post-implementation support
• Participate in month-end closing activities and resolve operational issues
👥 Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Communicate clearly with business users, project managers, and technical teams
• Take ownership of tasks, escalate issues as needed, and deliver within deadlines
• Maintain strong working relationships across cross-functional teams
✅ Requirements:
✔️ 2–5 years of SAP implementation experience
✔️ Successfully delivered at least 2 full-cycle SAP projects
✔️ Deep knowledge in SAP FICO modules, with configuration and integration expertise
✔️ Bachelor's degree preferred
✔️ Experience in plantation or manufacturing industry is a strong plus
✔️ Familiar with user roles, authorizations, and data migration strategies
