🎯 What You'll Do:
🚀 Own the Release Lifecycle
🔹 Plan, coordinate, and execute Dynamics 365 application and infrastructure releases
🔹 Ensure seamless deployments with zero-downtime and minimal risk
🔹 Troubleshoot and resolve deployment failures and inconsistencies
🔧 DevOps & CI/CD Automation
🔹 Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and BitBucket
🔹 Implement automated build, deploy, and rollback processes
🔹 Manage version control with BitBucket & Aldon
🧠 Development & Optimization
🔹 Customize MSD365 solutions to meet business needs
🔹 Identify bottlenecks, root causes of release issues, and propose enhancements
🔹 Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, testers, and product owners
📋 Best Practices & Compliance
🔹 Champion change management, incident resolution, and release governance
🔹 Maintain environment integrity across testing and production
✅ What You Bring:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
💼 6+ years of MSD365 release management experience
🧰 Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, BitBucket, Aldon)
🛠️ 1–2 years of past development experience on Dynamics 365
🧩 Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and optimization skills
🤝 Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
