🛠️ Your Role & Responsibilities:
🧰 L3 Production Support & Troubleshooting
🔹 Own incident resolution, root cause analysis, and production stability
🔹 Analyze performance issues – from memory leaks to deadlocks
🧱 Microservices & Java Spring Boot Development
🔹 Build & enhance scalable services
🔹 Troubleshoot and deploy updates in real-time environments
💾 Database & Integration
🔹 Handle Oracle DB / MariaDB performance tuning
🔹 Optimize SQL queries, stored procedures
🔹 Integrate & support MQ-based communications
🔀 SOA/ESB Architecture
🔹 Collaborate on batch and real-time ESB flows
🔹 Ensure seamless online and backend integration
📆 Bonus: Job Scheduling & Batch Processing
🔹 Exposure to scheduling systems a huge plus
🔹 Ensure stable operation of batch pipelines
🤝 Team Collaboration & Documentation
🔹 Work with BAs, DevOps & QA teams
🔹 Maintain best practices and clean technical documentation
✅ Requirements:
🎓 Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
💼 8+ years in Java development & L3 production support
⚙️ Strong Microservices + Spring Boot background
🛢️ Hands-on with Oracle DB or MariaDB
📩 Solid experience with MQ and ESB/SOA
🕒 Good to have: Job Scheduler & Batch Processing knowledge
🐳 Docker/Kubernetes familiarity is a big advantage
🧠 Analytical mindset + performance tuning experience
🗣️ Great communication & stakeholder engagement skills
📈 Agile development exposure preferred
