📌 What You'll Be Doing

Provide L3 support for the BWC Customer File system on Silverlake Core Banking

Troubleshoot RPG-based incidents, ensuring fast resolution and uptime

Manage software versions and deployments using ALDON

Apply DevOps practices and automate AS400 deployment processes

Maintain system health and performance in DB2 databases

Ensure compliance with security and governance standards

Collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing
✅ Skills & Experience Required
Must-Have:

3–5 years in Core Banking L3 support

Proficient in RPG programming on AS400
-
Hands-on with Silverlake BWC (Customer platform)

Skilled in DB2 database management

Experience using ALDON for automated deployment

Working knowledge of DevOps practices in AS400 ecosystems

Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
