🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with functional teams to define training needs and personas

Support the development of a comprehensive training plan using best-in-class tools

Deliver content across virtual, in-person, and self-paced formats
-
Align training with project milestones like testing, go-live & communications
-
Conduct train-the-trainer sessions and support local rollout
-
Collect feedback and drive continuous learning improvement
🧠 You’ll Excel If You Have:
-
1–3 years experience in L&D, training, or enablement (especially on ERP or Workday HCM projects)

Instructional design skills and experience with LMS or eLearning tools
-
Proven track record working with cross-functional teams
-
Familiarity with Accenture learning assets or change frameworks (a plus!)

Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management abilities
