Partner with functional teams to identify training needs and audience personas

Help build the training plan, leveraging proven tools and content frameworks

Coordinate training material development – job aids, eLearning, ILT decks

Align training activities with change & testing timelines

Support training rollouts in diverse formats (virtual/in-person/blended)
-
Enable local trainers through train-the-trainer (TOT) programs
-
Measure training effectiveness and improve based on learner feedback
📚 What You Bring:
-
1–3 years of experience in training, L&D, or enablement
-
Prior involvement in ERP or Workday FIN projects is a strong plus
-
Skilled in instructional design, facilitation & LMS/eLearning tools
-
Confident managing multiple stakeholders across functions
-
Familiar with Accenture’s tools, models, or change management methodologies is a bonus
