🎯 What You’ll Do

Develop and customize Genesys customer experience apps using JavaScript and React JS

Build intuitive, responsive UI components that scale across devices

Integrate front-end elements with Genesys APIs and backend services

Collaborate with QA, backend, and product teams for smooth delivery

Troubleshoot bugs, participate in code reviews, and continuously improve

Stay up to date on Genesys trends, JavaScript frameworks, and best practices
🧠 What You Bring

2–4 years' experience in front-end development

Solid knowledge of JavaScript, plus basic React JS experience

Familiarity with RESTful APIs, async programming, HTML/CSS, and Git

Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field
