📌 What You’ll Do:

Define and deliver the regional migration strategy from source to target

Own the migration lifecycle, including analysis, planning, cleansing, validation & reconciliation

Collaborate with data owners, architects, app teams, and business leads
-
Guide and unblock data engineers through technical decision-making
-
Align strategy with Life Insurance business processes—from policy servicing to claims
-
Lead go-live planning and ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance
-
Communicate key risks, decisions, and timelines to project leadership and stakeholders
🧠 What You Bring:

12+ years in IT with strong background in data migration leadership
-
Proven success in large-scale policy admin system migrations in the insurance domain
-
Deep knowledge of Life Insurance, including policy servicing, distribution, claims, and customer experience
-
Familiarity with Life Asia Systems is a major plus
-
Proficient in SQL, ETL tools, and experienced in working with regional delivery models
-
Ability to lead teams across functions while managing risk, quality, and governance
-
Excellent written and verbal communication & stakeholder engagement skills
