📌 What You’ll Do:

• Define the migration roadmap, lead analysis, planning, and execution

• Work closely with business stakeholders, architects & engineers

• Design scalable, reusable data models across the insurance domain

• Ensure clean, validated, and secure data through ETL & SQL practices

• Tackle cross-functional dependencies and solve complex integration challenges

• Oversee data go-live readiness and post-migration integrity

• Support policy admin systems, with familiarity in Life Asia

💼 What You Bring:

• 3–5 years experience in large-scale data migration, ideally in insurance

• Strong domain expertise in Life Insurance – policy servicing, claims, distribution, etc.

• Familiarity with DXC systems, ETL tools, and strong SQL skills

• Understanding of insurance data models, dependency mapping, and testing

• Strong communication and leadership in stakeholder-facing roles

• Prior experience with Life Asia System is a bonus
