We’re looking for a detail-driven Component Repair & Technical Data Officer to manage aircraft technical records, streamline component repair workflows, and ensure traceability and data integrity within a global aviation supply chain. This is your chance to work at the heart of aircraft maintenance, supporting both operational execution and compliance.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
📝 Technical Record Management:
• Analyze maintenance records (DFP, PFR, TSD) to identify removal reasons & aircraft data
• Ensure data accuracy in Maintenance Information Systems (MIS)
• Generate Repair Orders (ROs) with precise instructions & requirements
• Ensure full component and aircraft history traceability and resolve abnormalities
🚚 Component Movement & Coordination:
• Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams globally for unserviceable parts routing
• Manage drop shipments from customer base to repair networks and back
• Track and verify documentation for shipment, repair, and return
📊 Operational Excellence:
• Monitor and maintain KPI health levels
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and contribute to best practices
• Ensure no component quarantines due to record issues
✅ Requirements:
✔️ Min 1 year experience in aviation technical records or workshop planning (excluding internships/OJT)
✔️ Familiar with Aircraft MIS / ERP / MRO tools (e.g., AMOS, Ramco, TRAX)
✔️ Working knowledge of Aircraft Maintenance operations
✔️ Component knowledge: repair, overhaul, BER, exchange, logistics, ATA chapters
✔️ Understanding of dangerous goods, export control, INCOTERM, and shipment tracking
✔️ Strong analysis, troubleshooting, and time management skills
✔️ Able to multi-task and work autonomously in a fast-paced MRO environment
✔️ Advanced level of English and solid technical writing capability
