🔍 Dive Deep into Repair Data & Supplier Analysis in Aviation Supply Chain
Join our aviation maintenance team as a Component Repair Over & Above Engineer, where you’ll validate supplier quotes, analyze workshop reports, and manage compliance across component repair scopes. You’ll be the key link between technical records, maintenance data, and supplier portfolio health — supporting smooth, cost-controlled operations in a high-reliability environment.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
📄 Quotation Analysis & Dispute Justification:
• Validate and challenge supplier repair quotations using contractual and technical references
• Analyze reports (SFR, TDR, IR) to assess damage scope vs contract agreements
• Compile supporting documents (AMM, CMM, SBs, task cards) for customer disputes
🔧 Repair & Order Management:
• Ensure data accuracy in Maintenance Information System (MIS)
• Maintain component traceability and database integrity
• Monitor supplier TAT, workshop performance, and escalate delays or abnormalities
• Validate or reject Standard/Advance Exchange and Loan offers
🤝 Supplier & Internal Coordination:
• Manage supplier portfolios through calls, visits, and day-to-day follow-ups
• Provide status updates and operational statistics to internal teams
• Support finance teams with O&A invoicing documentation
• Coordinate quarantine cases for returned parts, as needed
📈 Process Improvement & Compliance:
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures
• Propose enhancements to workflow efficiency, documentation quality, and dispute resolution
✅ Requirements:
✔️ 1–3 years experience in aviation component repair, maintenance engineering, or MRO analysis
✔️ Strong technical understanding of aircraft components, repair scopes, and contractual frameworks
✔️ Familiar with AMM, CMM, SBs, task cards, and technical manuals
✔️ Hands-on experience with MRO ERP or Maintenance Information Systems
✔️ Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and documentation skills
✔️ Ability to manage multiple supplier relationships and escalate appropriately
✔️ Effective communicator in English, both verbal and written
