Are you a seasoned Mainframe Developer with deep expertise in Cardlink or VisionPlus platforms? 💳 Join a high-performing L3 team in the heart of Kuala Lumpur and take the lead in developing mission-critical applications for card payments, clearing, and settlement systems.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in high-stakes environments, delivers clean and optimized COBOL code, and ensures seamless integration across systems using CICS, Control-M, MQ, APIs, and JSON/HTML. 🌐

🚀 Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Mainframe Development & L3 Support

• Design, develop & maintain Cobol, CICS, JCL, and VSAM-based systems

• Enhance Cardlink/VisionPlus modules & ensure production stability

• Handle L3 troubleshooting and critical system incidents

🔹 Integration & Middleware

• Develop & support API/MQ integration

• Work with JSON and HTML for seamless data exchange

🔹 Control-M Scheduling

• Set up, monitor & optimize batch jobs for card transaction workflows

🔹 Performance Optimization

• Tune COBOL code & resolve CICS-related issues

• Troubleshoot transaction & system performance failures

🔹 Stakeholder Collaboration

• Interface with vendors, infra teams & business units

• Guide junior developers and support cross-functional tasks

🔹 Compliance & Security

• Adhere to PCI-DSS, EMV, ISO 8583 standards

• Maintain data integrity & transaction security

🔹 Documentation & Improvement

• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation

• Suggest & implement system and process optimizations

🛠️ Must-Have Skills:

• Advanced CICS expertise

• COBOL, JCL, VSAM, Mainframe Dev

• Control-M job scheduling

• API & MQ integration

• JSON & HTML familiarity

• Strong integrity & adherence to compliance standards

• 10+ years total / 8+ years relevant

• Level: L3 (Senior)
