We’re looking for a System Analyst – Loan Origination (Java) to help optimize one of the core engines in the banking space. If you’re experienced in Java, loan origination systems, and financial data integration, this role offers the perfect blend of technical depth and business impact.
🎯 What You’ll Be Doing:
💻 Analyze loan origination system requirements & design scalable solutions
🔧 Develop, troubleshoot & enhance Java-based applications
📜 Write and manage Shell scripts for automation & performance
🗃️ Use SQL to handle complex queries, optimize data flows & ensure data accuracy
🔁 Integrate loan origination with enterprise systems, maintaining consistency
🛠️ Provide expert-level support for system incidents and performance issues
📈 Optimize platform for speed, reliability, and scalability
🤝 Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams
📚 Document system configs, logic flows & troubleshooting processes
👨🏫 Mentor junior team members & conduct internal knowledge sharing
✅ Must-Have Requirements:
🎓 Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field
💼 10+ years as a System Analyst with Java development experience
🏦 Deep knowledge of Loan Origination systems in banking/finance
🧠 Strong with Shell scripting for automation and monitoring
🗃️ Proficient in SQL – complex queries & performance tuning
🔄 Experience in system integrations and enterprise architecture
🧾 Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies
⭐ Nice to Have:
🔸 Experience with loan origination software like Ellie Mae, Finastra, Temenos
🔸 Familiar with Firebase, Push Notifications, and Fastlane
🔸 Hands-on with REST APIs, Agile tools, and Git
🔸 iOS Swift (for collaboration in hybrid project environments)
