🎯 Key Responsibilities:
💻 Application Development
🔸 Design, develop & maintain scalable web & mobile apps using OutSystems
🔸 Implement custom solutions & external system integrations
🔧 Customization & Integration
🔸 Tailor low-code platforms for banking-specific needs
🔸 Integrate APIs, payment gateways, and customer systems
✅ Code Quality & Optimization
🔸 Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code
🔸 Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices
🧪 Testing & Debugging
🔸 Perform unit/integration tests and resolve technical issues
🔸 Work closely with QA teams to ensure error-free delivery
🧠 DevOps & SRE Responsibilities
🔸 Deploy, monitor, and support production environments
🔸 Apply Azure DevOps best practices for continuous integration & delivery
🤝 Collaboration & Communication
🔸 Work with BAs, PMs, and developers in Agile teams
🔸 Lead and mentor junior devs; join sprint ceremonies

🧠 Requirements:
🎓 Education: Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or related field
💼 Experience:
🔸 5+ years in software development
🔸 3+ years hands-on with OutSystems
🔸 Background in DevOps/SRE & application integration
🔸 Familiarity with agile development (Scrum/Kanban)
🛠️ Technical Skills:
🔹 OutSystems (Web/Mobile dev, front-end & back-end)
🔹 HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, SQL
🔹 REST & SOAP API integrations
🔹 Security knowledge: SQL injection, XSS
🔹 DevOps tools & cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
🔹 Relational databases: SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle
🌟 Soft Skills:
