We're looking for a Senior Backend Developer (L3 Support) to ensure the performance, reliability, and uptime of mission-critical banking services. If you’re a Java Spring Boot pro with deep troubleshooting experience and thrive in high-stakes environments, we want you on our team.
🎯 What You’ll Do:
🛠️ Provide L3 support for digital banking backend services
⚙️ Troubleshoot & resolve production incidents, bugs & disruptions
📉 Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) & implement long-term fixes
💻 Enhance backend APIs using Java, Spring Boot & SQL
📄 Handle Oracle DB tasks including PL/SQL, stored procedures & optimization
📨 Work with XML-based messaging systems for integration
🤝 Collaborate across L1/L2 teams, devs, analysts, & stakeholders
📦 Support deployment, release & performance monitoring
📊 Use Unix/Linux commands & scripting for log analysis and tuning
🛡️ Ensure all code changes align with banking security standards
✅ What You Bring:
🧠 6–9 years in backend development & application support
☑️ Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, XML, SQL
📂 Experience with Oracle DB (PL/SQL, optimization)
💻 Comfortable in Unix/Linux environments
🏦 Exposure to banking/financial applications
🔍 Skilled in performance tuning and issue diagnostics
⭐ Bonus Skills:
🧩 Camel (CXF), Spring Batch, JavaScript, JSP, WebLogic Portal
🐳 DevOps tools: Jenkins, Bitbucket, Docker, Kubernetes
⚙️ Experience in Agile teams and familiarity with security practices
