We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Resource & Finance Support Specialist (L1) to assist our Planning & Operations (P&OP) team. This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in financial systems, resource planning, and operational support within the banking industry.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
🧩 Resource Support
🔹 Assist with resource planning and allocation within the P&OP function
🔹 Help maintain up-to-date resourcing data and documentation
💰 Finance Support
🔹 Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking
🔹 Support the preparation and analysis of financial reports
🔹 Work with accounting and financial systems (e.g., SAP)
