🧠 Key Responsibilities

Develop and document technical design based on business specs

Implement, test, and deliver business logic with IBM ODM

Ensure quality, security, and compliance with Allianz SDLC standards

Collaborate with team members, vendors, and stakeholders

Support integration, UAT, and troubleshooting in JBoss/Tomcat environments
-
Stay updated on tech trends and apply best practices
🔧 Technical Requirements
💻 Must-Have Skills:
✔️ IBM ODM (OR other rule engines like Drools, Camunda)
✔️ Secure coding practices
✔️ Experience with JBoss/Tomcat server environments
✔️ JSON, RESTful API, Web Services
✔️ Understanding of Microservices Architecture
✨ Nice-to-Haves:

Experience in high-volume transactional enterprise applications

Knowledge of end-to-end system integration

Experience with Maven, CLI Build Scripts

Familiarity with DevOps tools: Jira, Jenkins

Background in insurance systems (advantageous)

🎓 Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent
🕒 5+ years of experience in related application development
