The Opportunity

This is a lead-level SDLC role. You’ll contribute hands-on and drive standards across:

• requirement interpretation

• design specs

• code quality

• release support

• SLA-based maintenance and enhancements

What You’ll Be Doing

• Work with team members to gather and interpret user/system requirements into design specs

• Design and code applications to functional and technical standards

• Develop system specifications and interfaces for complex components

• Create operational documentation for the application

• Provide primary support for production release installation

• Maintain applications according to SLAs

• Deliver solutions for new roll-outs, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance

• Analyze, design, build, and test new components/enhancements to existing modules

What You Must Bring

✅ 6+ years hands-on software development experience
✅ Degree in CS/Computer Engineering/Electrical Engineering (software specialization)
✅ Strong SDLC knowledge + good development practices
✅ Good English communication (written + verbal)
✅ Strong fundamentals: languages, OS, DBMS
✅ Passion for software development and quality delivery

Technical Skills (What We’re Looking For)

• .NET / C# / VB.NET (any .NET family skills)

• SQL Server + basic data management

• Web fundamentals: HTML

• Exposure to JSP / ASP is a plus
