Job Description:
We are looking for a highly experienced SAP Joint Venture Accounting professional to support complex finance and transformation initiatives in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

This role is built for someone with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA FI/CO and strong hands-on knowledge of JVA FI/CO integration. You will be expected to manage and support critical JVA processes including master data management, cash calls, partner billing, settlements, cutbacks, netting, month-end close, and JV reconciliations.

You will work closely with stakeholders across business and project teams, contribute to delivery across compressed timelines, and support implementation activity where precision, domain knowledge, and execution discipline matter. This is not a role for generalists. It is for a proven SAP JVA specialist who knows how to deliver in high-stakes environments.

Job Requirements:

• Overall 10+ years of SAP experience
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on SAP Joint Venture Accounting (JVA) experience
• Strong SAP S/4HANA FI/CO experience with deep understanding of JVA FI/CO integration
• Proven hands-on experience in:
  • JVA master data management
  • Cash calls
  • Partner billing
  • Settlements
  • Cutbacks and netting
  • Month-end close and JV reconciliations
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, Utilities, Mining, or other capital-intensive industries is preferred
• Experience supporting S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, or carve-outs, with at least 2 full lifecycle projects
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively under compressed timelines and in parallel delivery models
