You’ll translate client requirements into differentiated, deliverable solutions — and work directly with Sales Pursuit + Delivery so what gets promised can actually be implemented.

The Opportunity
You’ll architect and shape solutions for a global insurance/financial services environment — where delivery discipline matters and “pretty diagrams” don’t survive production.
You will be expected to work independently, act as an SME, and actively contribute to team discussions — not sit in the back.
What You’ll Be Doing
Translate requirements into clear solution designs that are winnable and deliverable
Partner with Sales Pursuit + Delivery to build the solution value proposition and business case
Provide technical leadership across stakeholders and delivery teams
Drive solution decisions, resolve delivery issues, and reduce rework
Contribute to continuous improvement in the Solution Architecture & Planning team
What You Must Bring
✅ Intermediate proficiency in Java (non-negotiable)
✅ Strong in Spring Boot and backend design
✅ Solid full-stack understanding with Angular exposure
✅ Intermediate capability in:
Analysis
Solution Architecture
Solution Planning / Costing / Pricing
✅ Ability to develop innovative solutions and guide cross-functional delivery
✅ Strong communication — can explain trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
