You’ll run production support for finance operations on Oracle EBS R12 ERP, ensuring business continuity across core finance processes.
You’re not just closing tickets — you’re protecting daily finance operations.
USP: Onsite production support for Oracle EBS R12 Finance — direct business-facing role in Penang.
What You’ll Be Doing
Provide onsite production support for finance business users
Work on end-user tickets raised in ITIL tools
Guide business users on day-to-day finance operational issues
Diagnose issues end-to-end and coordinate fixes with the right teams
Ensure stable operations across finance modules and related flows
Must-Have (Non-Negotiable)
Extensive experience in Oracle EBS R12 Finance production support for:
AR, AP, GL
Strong analytical + communication + presentation + client interaction skills
Strong Oracle EBS technical skills:
SQL / PLSQL
Forms / OAF
Reports
Functional expertise in Oracle EBS R12:
Accounts Receivables (AR)
Accounts Payables (AP)
General Ledger (GL)
Order Management & Inventory
Good-to-Have (Gets You Picked Faster)
Oracle EBS R12 Finance implementation experience
Exposure to Agile ways of working
Experience working at customer premises
ITIL process knowledge for support operations
