The Opportunity
You’ll be the bridge between manufacturing users and IT delivery — ensuring MES changes are correctly defined, tested, approved, and deployed without disruption.
This is a role for people who can handle ambiguity, think in processes, and drive outcomes.
What You’ll Be Doing
Support MES operations and build domain expertise in user requirements and factory workflows
Gather requirements, prepare technical specs and test cases
Execute ITAT and UAT, drive sign-off, and manage release readiness
Handle CAB submission and presentations
Support system configuration and integrations
Prepare Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) for MES
Identify continuous improvements in manufacturing processes and MES interfaces
Support application owners/senior BAs: reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level needs into actionable detail
Work with local/offshore analysts and dev teams on solution design and detailed specs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver on time
Liaise with business users and resolve MES issues to ensure availability and performance
Manage critical MES projects end-to-end through the project lifecycle
What You Must Bring
✅ Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Computer/Telecom Engineering
✅ 2+ years functional experience designing/implementing MES in semiconductor back-end factory
(Fresh grads are encouraged to apply if you have the right foundation and attitude.)
✅ Experience using SQL / PL/SQL
✅ Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing business processes
✅ Understanding of manufacturing systems: information exchange, integration, master data
✅ Strong business analysis + problem-solving skills
✅ Strong communication skills across all levels (shopfloor to management)
✅ Self-starter, deadline-focused; can work independently and as part of a team
✅ Programming skills are a bonus
