The Opportunity
You’ll be a hands-on Kinaxis Workbook Developer supporting Maestro go-live and supply planning execution across:
supply planning + constraint management
MLS
Attribute Based Planning
Co-Product / By-Product
master scheduling
This is not “support admin.” This is planner-facing solution delivery.
What You’ll Be Doing
Provide expert support during Maestro go-live (supply planning + constraints + scheduling)
Assist with data validation and outcome verification
Act as SME for end-to-end supply chain planning with analytical insights
Support testing and maintain documentation to compliance standards
Build test cases and training materials to drive user adoption
Help business users execute test scripts and validate results
Develop and enhance workbooks, scripts, reports using calculated tables + automated workflows
Monitor automated jobs, perform performance analysis, and optimize execution
Support resource migration
What You Must Bring (Non-Negotiable)
✅ Minimum 5 years experience in supply planning
✅ Hands-on with Kinaxis Maestro / RapidResponse (supply planning, capacity planning, master scheduling)
✅ Strong understanding of RR integration with ERP:
ETL, DTC, data transfers, data modeling, data mapping
✅ Proficiency in control table configuration
✅ Strong workbook development experience:workbooks, scripts, reports, calculated tables, automated workflows
✅ Experience monitoring jobs + performance analysis
✅ Strong communication + presentation skills
Preferred (Gets You Picked Faster)
✅ Kinaxis implementation experience
✅ Agile/Scrum exposure in iterative environments
✅ Kinaxis Maestro certification
