This role is for a seasoned SAP Project Manager who has led complex SAP implementations in discrete manufacturing environments — not just managed timelines, but driven successful go-lives.
If you’ve handled Greenfield implementations on RISE with S/4HANA and can command stakeholders from shop floor to C-suite, this role is built for you.
🎯 What You’ll Own
Lead end-to-end SAP project lifecycle from initiation to post-go-live support
Manage Greenfield SAP S/4HANA (RISE) implementations
Handle projects in discrete & contract manufacturing environments
Drive project governance, scope, cost, schedule, quality, and delivery
Manage change requests (CRs) impacting scope, timeline, or resources
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, metrics, and reports
Identify project risks and execute mitigation strategies
Lead cross-functional and multi-vendor teams
Present executive updates, status reports, and recommendations
Deliver Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA) for business processes
Ensure compliance with SAP project governance and template standards
🧠 Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
✅ 5–10 years of SAP Project Management experience
✅ Minimum 3 full-cycle SAP implementation projects delivered
✅ Discrete manufacturing SAP project experience (mandatory)
✅ Greenfield implementation on RISE with S/4HANA
✅ Experience in contract manufacturing environments
✅ Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and escalation handling
✅ Excellent presentation & communication skills (PowerPoint mastery)
✅ Bachelor’s Degree (PMP certification is a strong advantage)
✅ Plantation industry exposure is a plus
