This role is not for partial backend or frontend developers.
This is for true full-stack Java engineers who work end-to-end — from UI to database — using classic, enterprise Java technologies.

🎯 WHAT YOU’LL DO
System Design & Development
Work as a full-stack engineer building mission-critical systems
Participate in system analysis, design, and prototyping
Translate specifications into working J2EE applications
Deliver clean, functional code within committed timelines
Code Quality & Maintenance
Follow best coding practices and participate in code reviews
Refactor and optimize existing systems
Perform unit, integration, functional, performance, and regression testing
Support UAT, user training, and production implementation
Support & Troubleshooting
Provide Level 2 & Level 3 support
Troubleshoot bugs and production issues
Guide junior developers
Maintain clear technical documentation
🔥 MANDATORY TECH STACK
You must be hands-on with most of the following:
✔ JSP, Servlets, JavaServer Faces (JSF)
✔ HTML, JavaScript
✔ Spring Framework, Hibernate
✔ Java Swing
✔ Tomcat, JBoss
✔ Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle
✔ Tools: Eclipse
✔ Version Control: CVS, SVN, Git
✔ Strong J2EE development experience
