💼 Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update financial records including journals, ledgers, and reconciliations

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

• Ensure compliance with IND AS, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements

• Process payroll and maintain employee financial records (if applicable)

• Support internal and external audits with accurate documentation

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting / Commerce
  (CA Inter / ICWA Inter preferred)

• 4–5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles (India-based experience mandatory)

• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards & tax laws

• Hands-on experience with Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar tools

• Proficient in MS Excel

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy
