The Opportunity
You’ll own the end-to-end data science lifecycle:
collecting and cleaning data
building models that predict outcomes
deploying into production
monitoring, retraining, and improving performance
This is full-stack data science — DS + MLE mindset.
What You’ll Be Doing
Data collection & preprocessing: gather, clean, validate, and format data for analysis
Data analysis: extract insights from structured + unstructured data
Model development: build, fine-tune, and evaluate ML/statistical models
Feature engineering & hypothesis development: explore data, create features, test assumptions
Model selection: justify model choices based on problem type and constraints
Communication & visualization: translate findings into clear reports/visuals for technical + business audiences
Collaboration: work with product, engineering, and business teams to define goals and embed solutions
Implementation & maintenance: deploy models, monitor drift/performance, retrain, optimize
Governance: documentation, model governance, and compliance with internal AI/ML standards
Essential Skills (Non-Negotiable)
✅ Strong hands-on Python for Data Science
✅ Strong foundations in Data Science / ML
✅ Experience with Azure Machine Learning (ML) (preferred stack)
✅ Ability to communicate model results clearly to non-technical stakeholders
