🌟 What You Will Lead

As the OCM Consultant for a full-scale MS365 ERP transformation, you will shape the human side of the project — turning disruption into readiness, and resistance into confident adoption.

Your mission:
✔ Reduce resistance
✔ Drive user adoption
✔ Ensure the new ERP becomes part of daily operations
✔ Align people, processes, and culture with the transformation goals


🎯 Key Responsibilities

You will be the strategic driver behind organizational readiness and adoption:

🔹 Change Strategy & Planning

  • Develop a full OCM strategy for Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP rollout

  • Conduct stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, readiness checks

  • Identify change risks and build mitigation plans

🔹 Communication & Training

  • Create communication plans, training roadmaps, engagement programs

  • Lead workshops, town halls, feedback cycles, and user adoption campaigns

🔹 Leadership & Stakeholder Alignment

  • Coach business leaders to communicate and lead change effectively

  • Build super-user networks, champions, and support structures

🔹 Monitoring & Reinforcement

  • Track adoption metrics, user readiness, and resistance patterns

  • Integrate change plans into the broader ERP project plan


🔥 Mandatory Skills

✔ Hands-on experience delivering OCM for Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementations
✔ Strong capability in change impact analysis, communication, training & stakeholder management


Desired Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Psychology or equivalent (Master’s preferred)

  • Certification in Change Management (Prosci / ADKAR / Kotter)

  • Solid understanding of business processes: Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Operations

  • Excellent communication, facilitation & interpersonal skills

  • Ability to communicate clearly in Bahasa Melayu

  • Experience working in fast-paced, matrixed, multi-stakeholder environments
