🚀 YOUR MISSION
You will lead and deliver enterprise-wide cybersecurity initiatives, protecting critical systems while aligning security technology with business priorities.
You won’t be a passenger PM.
You’ll be the technical owner, decision driver, and execution leader.
🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of security projects as Technical Project Manager

Define scope, schedules, milestones, budgets, risks, and mitigation plans

Drive implementation of security technologies & controls aligned with threat landscape

Research emerging cyber threats and propose strategic security controls
-
Ensure compliance with internal security policies, standards, and regulations
-
Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and external partners
-
Support off-hours activities during cutovers, escalations, and critical phases
-
Prepare and present clear status, risk, and impact reporting to management
🔥 TOP SKILLS & EXPERIENCE (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent
✔ 7–10+ years in IT Security Project Management & Implementation
✔ Hands-on experience implementing security tools in large, complex environments
✔ Proven delivery of cybersecurity initiatives (SIEM, XDR, PAM, Cloud Security, security upgrades)
✔ Strong understanding of ISO 27001, NIST, and security best practices
✔ Experience in regulated environments (Banking / Financial Services strongly preferred)
✔ Familiarity with Malaysia regulations: BNM RMiT, PDPA, PCI DSS
✔ Excellent communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia
✔ Ability to run multiple priorities and deliver with minimal supervision
