What You’ll Build, Automate & Deliver:

1. End-to-End Integrations for SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting (SF-RM)

• Design, build, and maintain integrations using IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE).

• Connect SuccessFactors to internal/external systems through APIs, queues, and events.

2. Build Intelligent Digital Workers (Watson Orchestrate)

• Automate recruiter tasks:

  • Candidate communication

  • Interview scheduling

  • Status updates

  • Workflow triggers

• Build reusable natural-language Watson skills that recruiters can use instantly.

3. Automate the Talent Acquisition Process

• Reduce manual tasks.

• Improve recruiter productivity.

• Accelerate hiring cycles through AI-assisted automation.

4. Technical Execution & Compliance

• Ensure all integrations follow data privacy, audit, and HR compliance requirements.

• Proper documentation of flows, configs, and integration logic.

5. Performance, Monitoring & Troubleshooting

• Optimize orchestration flows for performance.

• Monitor, debug, and enhance automation pipelines.

6. Collaboration with HR, IT & Business Teams

• Turn business requirements into scalable technical workflows.

• Identify automation opportunities proactively.
